Allocation of Units
Those carrying out certain activities in certain sectors will be able to apply for an allocation of NZUs under the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme (NZ ETS) once relevant allocation plans have been issued.

In order to receive units you must:
Register as a User of the NZEUR | | Open a Holding Account with the NZEUR (and return Account Holder Declaration) | | Appoint a Primary Representative | | Apply for an Allocation of NZUs |
